At The Quit Program, we stand behind our Stop Smoking Program — and we want you to feel the same confidence when you join us. That’s why we offer a simple, honest Money-Back Guarantee to give you complete peace of mind.

If you haven’t successfully stopped smoking by Day 8 of your Program, you can return your unused 22-day supply of NaturQuit® tablets for a refund. We make it easy — no hard feelings, no complicated forms.

How Our Guarantee Works

Here’s what you need to do:

• Return your unused 62 NaturQuit® tablets within 30 days of receiving your order
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund
• Please allow up to 30 days from when we receive the tablets for the refund to appear on your original payment method

Important Details

• Your refund will cover the cost of the Program only
• Shipping charges and any other fees are non-refundable
• If you return your package without paying for postage and any postal charges are billed to us, those charges will be deducted from your refund
• We recommend using a tracked delivery option with signature on delivery so you can confirm when your return has been received
• Products must be posted back within 30 days of receiving them

Example Timeline

If you receive your tablets on the 1st of the month and start the Program on the 4th, you would reach Day 8 on the 11th. If you haven’t quit smoking by then, you have until the 1st of the following month to post your return.

Companion Products — NaturBreathe®, NaturRejuvenate® and NaturHeart®

If you are returning your NaturQuit® tablets under the Money-Back Guarantee, you may also return any unopened NaturBreathe®, NaturRejuvenate®, or NaturHeart® products you purchased at the same time. Please return them together.

Please note:

• We are unable to refund NaturBreathe®, NaturRejuvenate®, or NaturHeart® if they are returned separately without NaturQuit®
• Only the product cost will be refunded — not any shipping fees or additional charges
• The same return terms apply — you must return the products within 30 days of receiving them

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us at support@thequitprogram.com within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
