When we started, our refund rate was higher. Not because we were making false promises — but because the program itself was still evolving.
Every year since, we have taken what we have learned from 30,000+ customers and built it back into the program. Better coaching. Better timing. Better support at the moments people need it most.
The refund rate going down every year is not a sales story. It is a product story.

A refund is defined as a return received.
Our Day 8 checkpoint exists for a reason. If the program is not working by Day 8, you return the unused NaturQuit and we refund you in full. No partial refunds. No questions. No guilt.
The industry standard money-back window is 30 days. Ours is Day 8. We moved it earlier because that is when you know — and we would rather refund you than have you feel stuck.
The low refund rate is not because we make it hard to claim. It is because the program kept getting better.*
